		<description>Thanks for your article. Too many with overweight problems are consentrating too much on the weight itself. (I&#039;m one of them). But remember that muscles are heavier than fat. In my opinion the best way to do workouts and take a look at your cloths to see if you get slimmer.</description>

		<description>When I used to run on a regular basis, I didn&#039;t lose weight fast at all in the beginning. I got a lot leaner really fast, but the scale wouldn&#039;t budge. It wasn&#039;t until I started cutting out so much of the bread and sugar I was eating that the scale even budged. Maybe that&#039;d help? I don&#039;t know. It&#039;s frustrating, but hang in there. :)</description>

		<description>I NEVER got up in the morning to exercise.  In fact, I pretty much timed it that I could get up at around 8:10 in the morning, still shower, dress and get to my desk by 8:45!

In the last month I&#039;ve been getting up at 6:00 a.m. - I don&#039;t have to leave for work until 8:30, so this is a whole new world for me . . . and guess what - I love it!

It&#039;s me time, I swim, do exercise t.v., cook - whatever!

Don&#039;t worry about the scale - just look at the big picture, string a bunch of good days together and you&#039;ll start seeing results.

In fact, I think I decided today that I am not going to weigh myself at all until my next quarterly doctor appointment which isn&#039;t until November 3!  I&#039;ll just have to use my clothes as a gage.
